These guys are amazing! Drove over there just before closing time, and rather than asking me to come back another day Paddy gladly fixed my car. Fantastic service! I brought my car in with a broken exhaust pipe and they fixed it very quickly and for a great price. They were very nice and willing to help: genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
Went in to get a tyre replaced. They were friendly and informed me the tyre has a bit more life in it. I had a very pleasant experience and will be returning soon when I do need to replace them.
Great service, very quick and the guys there are amazing
I have been going to this garage for last 2 years or so for services and repairs for my BMW F10. The high google ratings/reviews of this garage are easily justifiable. Paddy is very knowledgeable and do not advise for repairs/replacements unless its necessary. The service costs are also reasonable. The turnaround is also pretty quick. Both times, I dropped the car around 8.30 and I am able to collect it back around 3PM.Recommended.
Tried “Reading Drive In” for the first time this week and I am very happy with the quality and speed of the provided service! Paddy had no issues with re-arranging one of my MOT time slots (as I got ill and could not drop off the car). He was also able to quickly repair the faulty rear fog light, which for some reason was not even flagged as a defect in MOTs I got from other Reading garages. Highly recommend!
I took them at their word and just drove in with a problem monday morning.Very helpful, despite having plenty of work already booked.My hatchback door was jammed shut and the boot open warning was sounding on every bump! (plenty of those around)Paddy and his mate got my boot open and disabled the warning so I would be able to use the car while waiting for a replacement latch to arrive.Lovely guys, so helpful and very reasonably priced.A garage I will happily use from now on.
Reading Drive in was really amazing. I called them and despite them being fully booked they were able to fit me in at literally a minute notice and quickly within a few minutes diagnose what was wrong with my car. I had been to another garage and they were unable to diagnose what was wrong with my car. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car as soon as he looked at the engine and did the electrical diagnostics. He was able to replace a cylinder and spark plugs immediately for my Peugeot 107. And all of it was done and dusted within an hour. Thank you so much I’m indebted to him and his colleague
I needed some significant work done on brakes and the tailgate lock on my wife's car (she is disabled, and I work in Denmark), and the MOT. After an initial visit to see the issues, the whole job was done in one day, which was fantastic.I am told by my wife, that the car "drives brilliant"!So, thank you. I and she are delighted.
